Terms of Service

NextSwipe generates social media carousel slides from text you provide, scores them, and exports them as a PDF. The output comes from an AI model: it can be inaccurate, and you are responsible for checking anything you publish.

Free — 3 carousels per month, exports carry a "Created with NextSwipe" watermark.

Pro Monthly — $9/month. Unlimited carousels, no watermark. Renews monthly until cancelled.

Pro Annual — $59/year. The same, billed once a year. Renews annually until cancelled.

Credit pack — $5 one-time. 30 carousels without a watermark. No subscription, no expiry.

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, who also handles any applicable sales tax and VAT.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for — we do not cut it off early.

Switching from monthly to annual charges the prorated difference immediately. Switching from annual back to monthly takes effect at your next renewal and charges nothing at the time of the switch.

If the service does not work as described, email us within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it in full, no explanation required.

After 14 days we refund subscription payments where the service was unavailable through our fault. Credit packs are refundable while the credits are unused.

Refunds go through Paddle to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

Do not use NextSwipe to produce content that is illegal, hateful, deceptive, or that impersonates another person or organisation. Do not attempt to overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access to it. We may suspend accounts that do, and will refund any unused paid time if we do.

The text you submit and the carousels you generate are yours. We claim no ownership and do not publish or reuse them. We store them only to show you your history, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep NextSwipe running continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service — the AI provider we depend on can have outages beyond our control. If an outage keeps you from using a paid plan for an extended period, contact us for a proportional refund.

NextSwipe is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
