Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or 16 and above with the consent of a parent or guardian, to use NextSwipe. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement and that you are not barred from doing so under any applicable law or sanctions regime.

NextSwipe takes text you provide, generates carousel slides from it using a third-party AI model, scores the result, renders it with a visual preset and exports it as a PDF.

AI output is a draft, not advice. It can be inaccurate, generic, or wrong. Every score, suggestion and generated sentence is a starting point that you are expected to read and edit. You alone are responsible for what you publish, including whether it is accurate, lawful, and free of anyone else's rights. We make no representation that any output will perform in any particular way on any platform.

You sign in with Google and are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it. One account is for one person; accounts may not be shared or resold.

Free — 3 carousels per calendar month. Exports carry a "Created with NextSwipe" mark.

Pro Monthly — $9/month. Unlimited carousels, no mark on exports. Renews every month until cancelled.

Pro Annual — $59/year. The same, billed once a year. Renews every year until cancelled.

Credit pack — $5 one-time. 30 carousels without the mark. No subscription and no expiry date.

Purchases are sold and fulfilled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller of record for every transaction. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and any applicable sales tax or VAT, and its Buyer Terms apply to the purchase alongside these terms.

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax Paddle is required to add at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. "Unlimited" means unlimited for ordinary personal use, subject to the fair-use limits in section 6.

We may change prices. Any change takes effect for you at the renewal after we have given you at least 30 days' notice by email, and you may cancel before then if you do not accept it.

You can cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut it short — and you are not billed again.

Moving from monthly to annual takes effect immediately and Paddle charges the prorated difference. Moving from annual to monthly takes effect at your next renewal; nothing is charged at the time of the change and your annual term runs to its end.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use NextSwipe to produce or distribute content that:

is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing or obscene; sexualises minors; infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights; impersonates a real person or organisation; promotes fraud, malware or deceptive schemes; or that you present as human-written where doing so would mislead someone to their detriment.

You also agree not to:

resell, sublicense or white-label the service; access it by automated means or resell its output as a competing generation service; attempt to extract our prompts, models or source; circumvent the free-plan limits, credit counters or rate limits; or place a load on the service that is plainly beyond ordinary personal use.

If you breach this section we may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund of the period affected. Where a breach is minor and accidental we will normally contact you first.

The text you submit and the carousels generated from it are yours. We claim no ownership of them and do not publish, sell or reuse them. To run the service we need a limited licence to process, store and transmit them — solely to operate NextSwipe for you, for as long as you keep an account. That licence ends when the content is deleted.

We do not use your content to train any AI model. Your text is sent to our AI provider to produce your result; see the Privacy Policy for who that is and what they may do with it.

NextSwipe itself — the software, design, presets, brand and prompts — remains ours. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is in good standing.

We aim to keep NextSwipe running but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service and we offer no uptime guarantee. The service depends on third parties — an AI provider, a hosting provider, a payment provider — whose outages are outside our control. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice before removing something you actively rely on.

The free plan is provided as is. If an outage that is our fault prevents you from using a paid plan for a materially long period, contact us and we will extend your plan or refund that time.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for a breach of section 6, for non-payment, or if required by law. If we terminate without cause we will refund the unused portion of any paid period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, lost engagement or lost data, however caused.

Our total liability for all claims taken together is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 50.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and for any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

If a third party brings a claim against us because of content you generated and published, or because you used the service in breach of section 6, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages we incur as a direct result. This does not apply where the claim arises from our own breach of these terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes with every update. Where a change materially affects your rights we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before it applies to you, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings there.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms to anyone else; we may transfer them to a successor of the business, and will tell you if we do.

NextSwipe is operated by Dmytro Dolapchi, an individual sole trader based in Ukraine, who is the contracting party under these terms. Payments are collected by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record.
